THEO's interior is in excellent condition and is constructed of teak with a satin varnish along with a gloss varnished teak and holly sole. She is the updated B40 layout with the galley to port of the companionway, nav station facing aft to starboard, u-shaped dinette to port and settee and pilot berth to starboard. The starboard settee pulls out to form a double berth. Forward to port is the head and the forward owner's cabin features an offset double berth with a seat to starboard in lieu of the traditional v-berth.
Excellent counter space with stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressure surround the sink.
