Accommodations

The Tartan 4600 offers a very unique two companionway, center and aft cockpit layout. Her aft cockpit is a traditional T cockpit with all control lines and sail handling led aft to be able to sail the boat from the aft cockpit at the helm. She has a traditional companionway from the aft cockpit into the owner's stateroom/navigation station. Her center cockpit is a great place for guests to relax either under sail or at anchor and offers a second companionway that leads into the main salon.

As you descend the aft companionway, there is a large double berth on centerline. To port is the aft facing large nav station with plenty of room for nav equipment. To starboard and aft is a storage area with cabinetry. Forward on the starboard side is the large owner's head with shower. On the centerline under the steps is the 5kw Northern Lights generator.

Moving forward on the port side is the very large pass through galley with excellent refrigeration and freezer space, double stainless steel sinks, 4 burner Force Ten propane stove with oven and broiler, great counter space and good storage in cabinets and drawers.

As you move in to the main salon, there is a L shaped settee to port and a straight settee to starboard with a centerline drop leaf teak table. The main salon offers great storage in cabinets, drawers and book shelves.

Forward and to port is the large guest head with shower and forward is the guest cabin with a huge double berth that easily accommodates two adults.
