Rare Catalina 28MII - Tall Rig, Fin keel configuration.

This vessel is the cleanest low hour/ lightly used Catalina 28 in the US with super Low hours on Diesel, only 328 Hours. 2nd owner. It was a fresh water boat for 18 years and shows. All new 2019 fresh water plumbing, hot and cold water lines, pump and accumulator. Head rebuilt 2019 with new pump and all new Black-water lines including new Vent filter. Interior lighting has been updated with LED lights 2019. New V-berth and aft queen berth cushions with new thicker foam and Sunbrella fabric 2018. All new canvas installed within the past 4 years. The bilge is always dry and the boat has been professionally maintained by yard. This boat is easily single handled. Raise the sails, reef and trim all from the comfort and safety of the cockpit. Boat was loaded with every option from dealership. This tall rig, fin keel configuration is stiffer and will out-sail any other 28.

Accommodations

 Forward is the roomy V-berth with a privacy door. The salon features settee berths port and starboard including a drop-leaf dining table to port and a compact navigation station. Moving aft, conveniently close to the cockpit, there is a large enclosed head compartment to port and the fully equipped galley is across to starboard. Directly aft is a large queen berth with easy access to the head. The engine access is underneath the companionway entrance. With the companionway steps easily removed there is total 360-degree access to engine and shaft for maintenance. Overall, the interior has great natural light and ventilation through numerous opening ports and hatches. New opening side port gaskets in 2018.
